Orders & Returns

How do I place an order?

Products are located in the “Shop” section of our website. On a product page, click the “Add to cart” button and then click the shopping cart button to place an order and checkout.

What types of payments do you take?

You’re welcome to pay with Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

How do I check my order status?

After you place an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order information. After your order ships, you’ll receive another email giving you tracking information. If you haven’t received either email, click here to contact us.

How do I return or exchange an item?

We’re sorry you’re not happy with your purchase. You’re welcome to return product if it hasn’t been opened and is returned within 30 days of delivery. Click here to go to our Contact Us page where you can start your return. Under "How can we help?" as the topic, select "Order Return".

Can I receive a replacement or refund for items that arrived damaged or are incorrect?

We carefully pack each order and apologize if yours didn’t arrive just as you expected. Click here to let us know the details and we’d be happy to help you.

Shipping

How much is shipping?

Our shipping chart shows shipping costs based on order weight. Click here for the Shipping Policy that lists the shipping chart. As you add your delivery address during checkout, we’ll provide you with shipping costs and options for your delivery zip code.

Where do you ship from?

We ship from Indiana.

How quickly will I receive my order?

We work to get your order to you as quickly as possible. After successfully processing your payment and preparing your order, we’ll send you tracking information when your order ships to give you an idea of when it’ll arrive.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship to US addresses.

Where do you ship in the United States?

We ship to all 50 states, including Hawaii and Alaska, as well as Puerto Rico and APO/AFO addresses. We cannot ship to PO boxes in Puerto Rico.

We watch our inventory closely and plan to restock out-of-stock items. If you have a question about a specific product, please click here to email us and we’d be happy to let you know when we expect it to be back in stock.
